PROFILE
I am a qualified executive coach. Having been in senior leadership roles for many years. I understand the dynamics of working at a senior level in a fast-paced, multi-faceted role, managing and supporting diverse teams. Coaching and mentoring were at the heart of my corporate career for 25 years. I have been privileged to coach and mentor managers, executives and teams at the highest level, successfully working through their challenges and giving them insight, focus and direction.
Now I use my wealth of training, experience and expertise to work independently with clients from all walks-of-life from start-ups to senior leaders, helping them replace self-doubt and lack of direction with optimism and opportunity.
My coaching approach is to work alongside clients and to take a genuine interest in creating a coaching relationship that is rich and supportive whatever the situation. It can be frustrating and draining to have no one qualified to turn to. That’s where I step in.

I use a range of professional coaching tools to give clients the courage and conviction to set and move towards their goals. Using emotional intelligence and powerful questioning I create a shift away from fear, frustration and knee jerk reactions, to clear and insightful responses and strategic solutions.
I am quick thinking, calm and focused providing a safe place for executives to unlock barriers and obstructions, and to liberate creative thinking to improve both individual and organisational performance.
